Remember: Look at the potential of the space. Not the dumped ash tray on the carpet.

Maybe not the best place to feed a wiggling, flailing arms infant.

"Just throw it all under the bed. No one will see it."

REALTOR COMMENT: "...shares a driveway with the neighbor."
Just make sure you coordinate who's coming and who's going.

It's the kitchen. It's the hallway. It's two spaces in one!

What the hell is THAT on the ceiling? It's like an escape pod to another dimension.

It's kind of a big purple fireplace/wall thingy. Or, realtor translation: a unique architectural feature!

TVs are like boats; you always want a bigger one.

A cooking closet?

Good thing there is a bed to fall onto cause this makes me dizzy.

...or, some people place decorative baskets above their cabinets.

Bring a weed whacker......

A centerfold shot of the girlfriend over the bed? Might want to rethink that one.

One of these things is not like the other.....

Help your potential buyers see what a room can be used for. This one says BEDROOM!
Nothing says "Cook's Kitchen" like a cooked kitchen.
Research shows that the longer you can get a potential buyer to stay in your home the better your chances of selling. Try offering refreshments or ...a hookah!
To distract from your outdated cabinets try adding something even worse ...like fake brick!
Obviously you should de-clutter your home. 32 photos of your grandchildren are not considered clutter, of course.
Be sure to clean all rooms thoroughly ...just don't forget to flush.
Use mirrors strategically to enlarge a space and inexpensively double EVERYTHING.
Decorate with tiny furniture to make a room look bigger.
Show potential buyers how efficiently they can use the space. For example; put the pantry in the dining room.
Show off a room's best feature by making it a focal point.
Nothing says "Finer Home" like shiny drapes.
Invest in a professional Home Stager's decorating tricks to increase the perceived value of your home. For example, these $2,500 chairs staged in a $79,000 mobile home.
Rooms look better flooded in natural light. Be sure to expose at least one window in the room.
Nothing says "rustic" like 4X8 foot sheets of plastic stone.
